What is the Shrine of Alent ?

Shrine of Alent is a small city that float high above ground.
This is where Liete lives and the place Justin dreamed of coming ever since he met Liete in the Sult Ruins.

You can only reach Alent using a teleporter at the Rainbow Mountain, which can only be activated by throwing the Medal of Knowledge into the Rainbow Spring.

Shrie of Alent Walkthroug

A transporter from the Rainbow Mountain arrives at the Shrine of Alent (Garden).
Just follow a path that lead you to the Shrine of Alent (Chapel) and you will have to face three bosses along the way.

  1. Hydra
  2. Great Susano-o
  3. Phantom Dragon

After boss battles:
After each boss battles, you can go back to the Save Point to save and/or Recover.

Gondola:
After the Hydra battle, step into a gondola at eastern end and it will transport you short distance to the path ahead.

Inside the Chapel, talk to all of the illusions of Liete.
Talk to living Liete in the Papal Hall. She will tell you all about Angelou, Spirit Stone and Gaia etc. Then she joins your party.

Leave the Papal Hall and ride the shuttle back to the ground below (Savanna Wilderness).

Hydra consist of five parts (four heads and the body) in total.
The battle ends either by destroying all four heads or defeating the body.

Use the strongest moves/spells that attack all.
Be very careful of Peril Head's "Minus Bite" which inflict sudden death to its target. Do whatever it takes to avoid Minus Bite.

Great Susano-o is a two-headed demon who has an Ax and Iron Ball as weapons.
The boss is comprised of three parts: Great Susano-o itself, an Ax and an Iron Ball. They act independently from each other but you can defeat the boss by reducing Great Susano-o's HP to zero.

Ruin Guard you fought at Underground Ruins is much tougher than Great Susano-o, so you should not have trouble defeating the boss despite the fact that you only have 3 members in your party.

This boss is made up of two parts: a head and a body, but share HP of 3976.

Of the 4 element, the boss lacks resistance to fire. Use fire moves/spells to attack.
