Q. What is "UABAN LOTTO LOTTERY" ?
A. It is one of many lottery scams, in which it tries to fool you to believe that you have won millions of dollars in cash prize. The intension is NOT to give away the promised money, but rather stealing money from you.
When you receive such e-mail messages, just ignore and delete it.

本当に宝くじが当たれば良いんですが、それを装ったスパムメールでした。残念。
当選金額が 15,000,000ランド。ちなみに“ランド”は南アフリカの通貨の単位。
1ランド＝約18円なので、日本円に換算すると約2億7千万円です。
（南アフリカの通貨単位がランドとか、為替レートがいくらか知らなかったので、わざわざ調べました…。）
メールの送信元、および連絡先の @winningteam.com、このスパムのためにドメインまで登録したのかなぁと思ったら、無料メールでした。
それっぽいメールアドレスだから、内容を信じてだまされる人がいてもおかしくないですね。
教訓「それっぽいドメインに惑わされないように」
以下、スパムメール（SPAM MAIL）の本文です。

Your email address, attached to ticketnumber900-4675-04854-197, with serial number 412-01 drew the lucky numbers 2 9 32 65 72 19 10, and consequently won the lottery.
