Valley of the Flying Dragon Walkthrough
A search for Sue
After falling from the top of The End of the World, you must look for a missing Sue.
You start from the point A in the Valley of the Flying Dragon (1). You will find "Sue's Shoes" (4) and then you will find Puffy at point B in the Valley (2).
You follow Puffy to a stew over fire at point C and Gadwin appears. Believing Sue was eaten by Gadwin, you challenges him in retaliation.
vs Gadwin:
You cannot beat Gadwin no matter what.
After the fight, you find that Sue is alive and well.
You make amend with Gadwin then rest overnight. Next morning, the foursome will head to Gadwin's home village, Dight.
Rocks that block path:
There are several white rocks in Valley (3) and Valley (4). These rocks can be destroyed by touching them.
You need to destroy two sets of white rocks (marked by Action Icons) in order to reach Dight. Destroying those white rocks, which does not show an Action Icon, lead a path to hidden treasures.
Rockman:
You will encounter a monster called Rockman" beyond Valley (3). They have resistance to all elemental damage such as magic and weapons with element attribute attached.
Mana Egg:
There are one Mana Egg in Valley (3) and Valley (4) respectively (10 and 11).
How to cross the Sea of Mermaids
Once Sue had gone back to Parm. meet Gadwin in the Dight Inn. He asks you to come and see him at his house.
When you do, Gadwin challenges you for the one-on-one duel.
After defeating Gadwin, you will learn his move "Dragon Cut".
Gadwin had prepared a ship for you to cross the Sea of Mermaids. Go back to the Village of Dight to claim the gift.

Unlike the first battle which you cannot win, it is a life/death battle.
Gadwin is rather slow, so he does not attack as often as you can. Even if you were attacked with Gadwin's powerful move, you should be fast enough to recover before his next attack.
