You can obtain Mana Eggs in the following places:

- Dom Ruins (2)
- Valley of the Flying Dragons (3)
- Valley of the Flying Dragons (4)
- Mt. Typhoon (Foot)
- Typhoon Tower (1)
- Volcano Slope (1)
- Petrified Forest (1)
- Savanna Wilderness (West)
- Savanna Wilderness (East)
- Castle of Dreams Dining Hall
- Abandoned Laine Village Warp Space (2)
- Underground Ruins (4)
- Shrine of Alent Garden
You obtain Mana Eggs by picking up / from chests, except for the very first one. In other words, you can easily miss them.
All of the places listed above become inaccessible as the story progresses. So it is important to collect Mana Eggs as you go.
Dropped by enemies
An enemy called "Gaia Alien" which you can encounter in the final dungeon may drop Mana Egg.
However, you cannot leave the final dungeon once you go inside. As a result, you cannot use Mana Eggs even if you get them.
